Lethbridge Centre is located in the heart of downtown between 4th and 5th Avenue South. It is an enclosed two storey building with an adjoining office tower. The main retail level and office tower were built in 1975 with the second retail storey being completed in 1988. 35 years later Lethbridge Center remains an iconic landmark in the downtown core.
Lethbridge Centre hosts a diverse tenant mix with related synergies. The main level is anchored by a department store and a bank with a mixture of services in between. The second floor offers professional & health services and a family resource centre. The office tower is home to a variety of businesses including financial planners, government offices, insurance brokers, accountants, lawyers, psychiatrists, dentists and more.
