The Conference and Event Facility is in a central location. It is perfect for small meetings or large events. The space lends itself to conferences, training sessions, trade fairs, and a variety of other business events.
There is room for everyone! The facility, located on the second floor at the Lethbridge Centre, offers three rooms, ranging from 600 square feet to 1000 square feet. Rent a room today for as low as $100 for a half day and let us take care of the details! The largest room can comfortably accomodate about 50 people at round tables for formal events, or approximately 70 people in a theatre style arrangement. The smallest room is perfectly appointed for business meetings.
Each room is set up for you* and equipped with hardwired and a secure wireless internet network. Complimentary water cooler & cups are located in each room. Some rooms host a private washroom. Additional audiovisual services or linens can be arranged to suit your needs (rental fees apply).
*Trade shows or staging requests may be subject to additional set up fee and / or a refundable damage deposit.

In addition to the number of tables indicated, a presenter table/ lectern and a refreshment table will be arranged in the room. Rental of audiovisual equipment or linens can be arranged by the Conference Facility Coordinator. The Renter is responsible to arrange Beverage or Catering services.
Unless otherwise approved, a room deposit and completed rental agreement must be provided to guarantee the room. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CATERING SERVICES. Please ask for a list of suggestions.*
