It is our objective to provide the highest standard of service and to respond to concerns and requests for repairs within 24 hours. As per the Tenant Handbook, all concerns, requests, or repairs will be prioritized. If there will be any delay in completing the request (ex. replacement parts not available) you will be notified. The scope of repairs included may vary according to the lease. Please check with your office manager or ask when you register your maintenance request.
